General Bonus Rules

Welcome Bonus

VB999's Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn PKR bonuses by introducing new players to the platform. Participation in the referral programme is subject to the following rules:

• Referral bonuses are only paid when the referred individual registers using the referrer's unique link, is a genuinely new VB999 member and makes a first qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500.
• Self-referrals — where the same individual creates multiple accounts to generate referral bonuses — are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud. Accounts involved in self-referral schemes will be suspended and all associated bonuses and balances forfeited.
• Referral bonuses are paid at the tier rate applicable to the referrer's account at the time the referred member qualifies. Tier upgrades apply from the point of promotion and are not applied retroactively to previously qualifying referrals.

• Collusion between players in poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — even where the error benefits the member. Such profits are subject to recoupment.
• Placing bets using inside information — including undisclosed injuries, fixed match information or any non-public material that influences the outcome of a sporting event.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any other systematic approach designed to exploit VB999's bonus offers without genuine recreational betting intent.
• Using VB999 to launder funds — placing deposits, wagering minimally and withdrawing as a means of passing money through the platform. VB999 has an active anti-money laundering programme and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the VB999 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Use VB999's brand name, logo or trademarks in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement or partnership without authorisation.

VB999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VB999's total liability to any member for any claim — including claims relating to bets not placed due to technical issues, winnings not received due to system errors, or account suspension — shall be limited to the value of funds held in the affected account at the time of the incident.

VB999 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from a member's voluntary decision to gamble, including all amounts wagered and lost through normal gameplay.

• Tax obligations arising from winnings — members are solely responsible for any applicable taxation on gambling winnings under Pakistani law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, VB999 will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the member by email. Any balance belonging to a member whose account is suspended for reasons unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to the member after the investigation concludes, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to VB999.
